Did you know… Arizona is home to the remains of the three principal prehistoric cultural traditions of the American Southwest: the Hohokam, the Ancestral Puebloan and the Mogollon. In her talk, Tessa will provide a brief overview of the historical significance of these societies by discussion their cultural fluorescent, and eventual decline.
Tessa received her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with an emphasis in the Classic Hohokam tradition from the University of Arizona in 2015. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
